Pregnancy after MC

I found out i was pregnant on the 20th Aug but unfortunately had a MC two days later 22nd August bled for 4 days and back to TTC straight away the day after I stopped bleeding.

I got a negative test on the 31st Aug but then very faint a few days later but now possibly stronger lines. My period is due tomorrow I've had a little bit of spotting (I never had this with my first two pregnancies) but I'm unsure if I'm still testing positive due to the MC but why would the tests be negative and very faint but now getting darker is it possible to be pregnant again already? Do the lines look like a new pregnancy?Has anyone else got pregnant so soon after?
I've been told to wait and test in two weeks as EPU have told me it is possible to be pregnant again but the waiting is such a pain so just thought I'd see if anyone has similar experience.

Some other tests

If you had a negative then I think it will be a new pregnancy. I had this with my ds2, miscarried and was pregnant again without a period in between. It's the. Dates from the miscarriage as you haven't had a period to date it from.

I've just had a little bit of blood when I wipe this morning so I'm unsure if it's AF as it's due tomorrow or if its implantation.

I've just done this digital! 🙈 looks like it's a new pregnancy after all, just worrying about the bleeding now
