Nervous about throwing up at my booking appointment

I have my booking appointment tomorrow. I’ve had some nausea which has mainly worn off but I just have this weird hypersensitive gag reflex left, I’ll be fine then just randomly need to heave. A few minutes later I'm usually fine. It’s so embarrassing. I’m anxious this will happen in my appointment especially as it lasts for an hour and is early in the morning when my tendency to gag is highest. Are midwives used to this kind of thing? Blush

Yes don’t worry just tell them how you’re feeling. They have those little card board sick buckets they can give you if you need to run to the loo.

Yes midwives are used to this.
They will see it dozens of times a day probably.

Goodness.... of course they are.

Used to everything.

Even knowing some women piss themselves when they vomit. Such as me.
