Ultrasound showing I’m earlier than expected

Has this happened to anyone else? I’m starting to worry baby isn’t developing properly. Had an early ultrasound due to abdo pain, thought I was 7 weeks and 6 days but the ultrasound showed 6 weeks and 3 days? Baby is where they should be and strong heartbeat, but I’m worrying.

It can vary a lot in the early days, they are absolutely tiny. Also you can’t be 100% sure when you ovulated so it can be off. My 1st was 2 weeks behind at 12 week scan which was impossible but she’s now a healthy 12 year old.
