Symptoms before pregnancy test

I'm currently trying to conceive. I've just finished ovulating and now I have the 2 week wait which feels like an eternity. I was wondering if women can judge whether they are pregnant by their symptoms before they can take a pregnancy test? I thought it was too early to get any symptoms at this stage?

theres a lot of women who say they had symptoms immediately after ovulation but it’s not possible. It’s takes 6-12 days to implant and then a few days for hcg to rise enough to show on a test and cause symptoms. So while it’s definitely possible to get symptoms and a positive before your missed period, it would only really be a few days before. Unfortunately there’s lots of women who will say they have various symptoms from immediately following ovulation and they aren’t pregnant

Best advice is try not to go symptom spotting, it’ll drive you mad and you could be setting yourself up for upset. Wait until at least 10dpo before testing but try to hold off until period is due.
