Having a little freak out, early days of pregnancy. Ate what must have been 4/5 spoons of Grahams 25g protein yogurt before I looked and googled ‘Safflower’ and now trying to keep calm…
Never had heard of this ingredient but states ‘could have effects that lead to MC’ which of course! I chucked straight in the bin but like many others, can’t get it out my head.
Anyone else ate these and are all good, just for peace of mind! ><
