Symptoms are a good sign?

Currently 5weeks 3 days. Boobs have been so sore and the nausea has come on full force over the last 24 hours. I read that it’s a good indication that the pregnancy is progressing? I have a scan in 2 days to check location as I had a suspected ectopic last year. I didn’t have many symptoms last time though so hoping this means something 🤞🏼🤞🏼

It can be a good sign, unfortunately there’s really no way of knowing without a scan. People can have symptoms and experience a loss. Fingers crossed all is well
