Pregnant after miscarriage?

I had a MC 22nd August bleeding lasted four days. I had a negative test on the 31st Aug & the 3rd September I tested positive today 12th Sept ... is it possible that this is a new pregnancy already? Any help would be appreciated 😊

I can actually see a slight line on 31st August one still however for it to get this much darker I would assume it's a new pregnancy x

I had a miscarriage at 7 weeks on the 6th August. Didn’t test for the next few weeks, but intuition made me test on the 7th September which was a faint positive. Tested a few times over the next few days and the positive has clearly gotten darker. Could this possibly be a new pregnancy?

There is a possibility it is a new pregnancy, and I truly hope it is for you! I have read many stories which this has been true for a lot of people.
I however have just experience something very similar, missed miscarriage, had to take the tablets which didn’t work, had a d&c, tested negative 2-3 weeks later. I was then testing positive from 6-9 weeks after. I convinced myself it was a new pregnancy. It was infact RPOC and today I have undergone another surgery (hysteroscopy) to remove.
I would highly recommend asking for a scan to check to put your mind at ease.

My early pregnancy unit have said that it could infact be a new pregnancy as you're extremely fertile for 3 weeks after a loss or birth and I've to test again in two weeks and if positive they'll book me in for blood to be taken & as long as I have no pain in between otherwise I've to call straight away. Can only cross my fingers now and hope that it is indeed a new pregnancy 🤞🏻
