Pregnant right after a miscarriage?

I had a MC 22nd August bleeding lasted four days. I had a negative test on the 31st Aug & the 3rd September I tested positive today 12th Sept ... is it possible that this is a new pregnancy already? Any help would be appreciated 😊

As you have had negatives in between I’d say this is likely a new pregnancy
