Help ladies,

Second bubba on the way I am currently 6/7 weeks along... and the sickness has hit hard. Today I woke up and was actually sick, I have been feeling rough constantly and gagging at literally everything! (My husband said to me yesterday that I look green)

I have a 4 year old and feel like the worst mum in the world as I can hardly function at the moment and feel like I have been letting him down :(

Any helpful tips or advice to help see me thru 🙏🏼

Don't beat yourself up . You can't help it and your little guy will be OK . Use whatever means you have to see it through . If that means lying on the couch while he binges on CBBeebies , no harm done. Sorry you are going through such a hard time but again, you know it is only for awhile and hopefully will soon pass.

Rest as much as you can. My first trimester was beyond awful. So glad to see back of it but still have some nausea & heart burn is soo awful this pregnancy & much sooner. I also have a 4 year old and first trimester was bang in the summer holiday 🤦🏾‍♀️ just about got through it with husband having a week off & managing more days in nursery etc. Also got anti sickness meds from GP to function on the days son was at home so do reach out to your GP for help!

Bless you, yes I couldn't imagine trying to deal with this sickness and summer holidays 🤢 Well done Mama 💪🏼 I've turned to eating little bits of ginger biscuits and have been given some Cyclizine from the doctors so hoping that helps 🙏🏼 Thank you for your message 💖
