Pain - early pregnancy

So I'm around 4-5 weeks pregnant, I was laying down and I must have moved weird and it sent a shooting pain straight through my lower belly, now I'm panicking, for the 100th time.

This wouldn't have hurt or done anything to the pregnancy would have it?

Sounds like round ligament pain, no damage done but it will likely happen a lot throughout pregnancy, often when you cough, sneeze, roll over, move in a certain way.
