Is this round ligament pain?

I am 13 weeks pregnant and have been getting these occasional sharp, painful cramps in my lower stomach. I just sneezed now and the pain was really intense and then went. I’ve just realised that in the last week when I sneeze it’s painful. Does this sound like round ligament pain? Does anyone have any suggestions for anything that can help?

Yep. Nothing much to help except brace before sneezing/get up slowly.

Yup! I have it even when Im not pregnant.
Both sides, as well!

Currently 10 weeks pregnant, and it comes and goes. Sometimes just moving a bit quicker can bring it on, others, even a sneezing fit is fine!

Just "embrace" it... It tends to go away quickly, at least!

Yes sounds like it. Mine always came on suddenly, mainly when turning or sneezing/coughing.
