I'm around 9 weeks and the past 4 days I've had such bad morning nausea. it hasn't even just been in the morning- it's also been at 11pm at night.
If anyone has any tips/tricks to help with it that'll be extremely appreciated ! :)

In this heat, stay as hydrated as possible. Ice lollies/smoothie lollies really help.

Ginger nut biscuits.

Are you on medication? You might need something extra/different, or to start taking something if you're having a miserable time. There are lots of safe things you can have, talk to your GP.

Mint helped me through the sickness/nausea, polo’s, humbugs, gum?!

Peppermint tea helped slightly for me

Rich tea biscuits, frozen grapes and ice water are currently helping me. The past week I just feel hungover all day 😭 I hope it settles down soon. I don't want to tell anyone at work yet but it's going to be difficult if I need to keep throwing up all day 🙈

Granny Smith apples were an absolute god send in both my pregnancies.

Salt and vinegar chip sticks and kiwis. Then eventually medication!

Try not to get dehydrated as that will make you feel worse. I found that drinking through a straw made it easier to sip drinks or letting ice cubes melt in my mouth.

Eat regularly – as in 3 meals a day, 3 snacks and some people get up in the night for a snack. I realised quite late into my last pregnancy that most of my nausea was hunger-related, but it’s a viscous cycle as when I feel sick the last thing i want to do is eat! So I try to pre-empt it with regular healthy snacks.
