How to help miscarriage along naturally.

Hi all, I made a previous thread to say that my scan at 6 weeks revealed I had a chorionic bump and sonographer said I may miscarry. Well as of yesterday I've started bleeding red so I assume it's on its way. I was wondering if there were any natural remedies to help a miscarriage along and help flush the uterus out. I'd really like to avoid medication and the possibility of surgery. Can anyone help? Thank you.

I was reading about things that induce labour, I came across orange juice, I don't know if it's true but I drank a massive carton of orange juice and then started to have contractions and miscarried at home (as oppossed to the d&c I was booked for). I was 14 weeks but baby had died at 10+6
