Has anyone ever moved back in with their parents at the age of 26 and felt trapped and unable to do anything? And then got pregnant with your ex and they live a few miles away in a caravan?

Hey, not pregnant with an ex, but lived with parents for a very long time. I love my parents to bits but can totally relate to the not being able to do anything. I couldn't even rearrange the cushions or help clean without my mum criticising why i was doing it 😂, oh and id never get a straight answer to anything! X

What age were you? When I got pregnant I thought it was a good thing but it’s been very traumatic! My son lives with his dad now after everything! I am trying to get him back with me! And having to go through court! I feel very stuck!

I moved back in with my parents at 36 (because my dad wasn't well) i was there for a year and half.

Im not sure what your entire situation is, but may be moving out to a place of your own, will be a place to start? When i was 24 i moved out of my parents and moved in with my sister, and that helped massively. It helped me clear my head.

I suppose the best thing would be to tackle one thing at a time... i find its been the best way to deal with things x

Also im currently in early stages of pregnancy so totally understand how overwhelming it is for you. I know its easier said than done, but look after yourself/health too x
