Nub theory guesses

Hi everyone, this is my 12 week scan, my initial thoughts are boy, but is there any way it could be a girl lol I'm 16 weeks now so not long until I find out.

I’m not really sure there’s a nub visible on this pic, I’d lean girl but nothing really clear
