Just looking for some advice!
I've just found out that I'm pregnant (I think about 3 weeks) however I have been drinking pretty heavily as have been away on holiday and been to lots of weddings.
Just wondering if anyone knows if this will effect the baby?
TIA x

Don't worry, most people don't find out until around 3 weeks pregnant anyways.
Just stop drinking now altogether and it should be fine xx
Congratulations on your pregnancy ♥️

Congratulations! It must be quite a common predicament to be in so try not to worry too much. As long as you know now and you don't drink going forward that will help enormously.

Your midwife will have more advice/reassurance i'm sure.

First child took a year to conceive, I went a bit mad as it was Christmas and we were due to start fertility investigations in the new year. Second child was an unplanned pregnancy and had been on a lovely long boozy holiday the week before. Now 3yo and 16mo, both absolutely fine.

Hope you’re feeling ok OP, if it’s an unplanned pregnancy I know it can be a bit of a mindfuck when you first find out, even if you’re generally happy to be expecting!

Sorry missed a bit!
