Movement at 25 weeks worried

Hi.
Should be around 25weeks. I have an anterior placenta. I have days with intense movements and days with almost no movement at all. I am now on holidays and obsessing about slight or no movement on the last couple of days.
Could it be normal or should I worry? I am also quite constipated; could this be influencing in any way?
What was your experience with movement? When did you start to feel it constantly?
Thanks

Sounds normal, regular movements aren’t expected until around 28 weeks which is when midwives ask you to start monitoring movements. I had a posterior placenta and would have the same at that gestation. Just depends where baby is. If you are worried about movement though you can ring your midwives for reassurance
