Raised NT level for one twin? Any experiences?

Hi, I wondered if anyone has any experience in having a raised NT level in one twin and what you did, what the outcome was?

And whether anyone has had a CVS test with twins?

Going out of my mind with worry. It’s hard to find similar stories so would appreciate any insights.

I have just had my scan at 12 weeks (now 14 weeks in two days) and got told i had idenical twins! Shocked but happy however im similar boat and struggling. One twin has a high nt of 8.5mm and skin edemea and we have been told is very sick, the other twin is healthy and had a normal nt (different sacks same placenta). We have low come back on first blood test for Down syndrome etc which was great and gives me hope. But being told only one twin will survive and may take the healthy one with it is realy hard. Best case the sick one passes away which i am beside myself and hopfully doesn’t affect healthy one. Anyone have an insight or anything similar x
