TMI - early morning discharge

This is my first pregnancy, I’m roughly 6 weeks and finding the big wait until any appointments really anxiety-inducing!

Both yesterday and today I have had some discharge after getting up, but haven’t had very much for the last couple of weeks. It is clear-ish, but not completely see-through. Is this something I should contact the midwife team about?

Increased clear or milky discharge is normal throughout pregnancy (it helps keep things clean to prevent infections). My midwife also pointed out that I may experience increased discharge as a symptom at my booking appointment

I had it too! The amount is insane (and gross lol). Don't worry!

This is reassuring, thank you! My booking in appointment isn’t until I’m 10 weeks and feels like a lifetime away with very little guidance apart from the dangers of Google!

This makes me feel better - thank you. I’m so anxious about every little twinge as I don’t have many other symptoms apart from tiredness and needing to wee more.

I had this and also still have daily milky/clear discharge at 21+5. All completely normal and healthy 😊

I'm 28 weeks and have this almost daily if not more.

31.5 weeks here and I still get that wet feeling, it's gross but completely normal!
