Tbf it's my second, so might explain why I'm more relaxed.
The house is a mess (recently moved)
No baby bed, no washed baby clothes, haven't got the pram out of storage, or the steriliser
I've made no plans for a birth plan - haven't read a single thing this time about having a newborn.

Argh! What am I supposed to be doing? How am I supposed to be preparing - I can't remember!

Top tips to get me feeling more sorted over the next couple of months!!

Ah, relax, I wasn't even in the right continent, wasn't in the medical system of the country I gave birth in let alone booked into a hospital/with a midwife, didn't have anywhere to live, a car, or any furniture until 36 weeks and DH had to stay abroad for another 3 weeks after I arrived in Ireland. You've got this.

You just need somewhere nice for the baby to sleep and a ton of snacks for while you recover post birth. Oh, and to decide how you're feeding them, but you can do that on the day if you're still weighing it up (I went into hospital thinking I'd formula feed and realised I really couldn't be arsed with all the washing up post-CS so decided to BF instead).
