20 weeks and used woodworm killer

Feeling very guilty! Found woodworms in some furniture and didn’t even think, just got out the woodworm killer. Now it is really playing on my mind! Used and paintbrush rather than a spray but I’m sure I still inhaled it a bit… anyone else done this 😫

What is the active ingredient in the woodworm killer? Some are worse than others. Don't stress if it ends in -thrin :) , and it probably will.

Looks like one of the ingredients is a thrin… not sure about the other stuff tho? 😫

The second compound is just an antifungal preservative found in many paints etc.

Inhaling a few fumes is fine. The first chemical permethrin is naturally occurring in chrysanthemums and is readily broken down in the body. It's the same stuff they walk down the aisles and spray on airplanes when you've come back from a tropical country.

You'd have more worries standing too long in a petrol station :)
