Can't cope with pain any longer

I have fibromyalgia and a dehydrated disk in my upper back and pelvic girdle pain. I'm now 29 weeks pregnant with my 2nd.

I was referred to the physio who gave me exercises which feel nice to stretch etc.

But the pain is so bad now I'm struggling to walk, move, lie down, I can't sleep, the pain is so bad is takes my breath away.

Paracetamol and codeine doesn't touch the pain.

I can't cope much longer like this, I'm a single mum with an active 2.5 year old. The pain is getting unbearable. I've already been to physio so don't know what else anyone can do.

What do I do?

It's pricey but the only thing that worked for me was seeing a chiropractor that specialised in SPD.

It was worth it to be able to sleep and move. My pelvis separated at the front completely so basically couldn't walk for four months.

Oh OP. Sounds awful. I would second a chiropractor. McTimoney if you can find one. Acupuncture also helped me before with other pain xxx
