Spotting at 4w on cyclogest

Hi ladies! I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced spotting while pregnant and on cyclogest?
My spotting has been mainly light pink for a few days but I did pass a very stringy blood clot this morning and then the bleeding seemed to completely stop for a few hours but now it's back again :(
I'm also taking cyclogest rectally so I wasn't sure if it could be a reason for my spotting.

I've also had 2 chemical pregnancies since May, I bled in my other two but much heavier than this. Honestly this early pregnancy anxiety is the worst!

Since the spotting I have retested and my pregnancy tests are darker so I am hoping this is a good sign.

Hi lovely, looking for reassurance, I’m 4+2, started cyclogest 2 days ago when I got my BFP. I’ve just been a wiped pink discharge and now freaking out as I have 5 previous losses (not on pessaries) can I ask your outcome ? X

Hi, I’ve had no more since however had bloods done and it’s only 33 to me it should be higher. Repeating bloods tomorrow. I’m sorry to hear about your loss, x
