Is this normal at 4 weeks pregnant?Help

I have had brown spotting the odd time on and off for the last week. Sore and swollen boobs and a little cramping on and off.

The spotting is usually brown. But the odd time it has a pink twinge like this, mixed with mucus.

Would this be a miscarriage?Have very strong pregnancy lines, tested again this morning.

Help needed.Photos below.

Had my scan. My Hcg was high over 12000. Had an abdominal scan and only the sac could be seen. Then an internal and straight away my little baby's heartbeat was picked up. Very strong at 150,measuring normal etc. However, I am not 4.5 weeks like I thought. I am the far end of 7 weeks. I have to go back and rescan in two weeks, as there is a suspicion that there is 2 babies. As there was an echo behind the baby. All good news. I am over the moon.

As for the spotting, it is not coming from where the baby is. She said I am very vascular, so it could be that.

This sounds like what I had with ds1.
The spotting continued for a while and I also had one proper red incident.
I had an early vaginal scan and all was ok.
He's 24 now. Ds2 I didn't have any spotting at all.

@Hao1 reading this thread as I’ve had some pink twinge when wiping and wondered how you got on??

Also having these symptoms and slight abdominal cramping but not as bad as period pains! The spotting is very slight and looked more apparent today. I’m getting scared. Midwife has referred me to early pregnancy unit but did say brown is usually less concerning. I still can’t help but worry that something is wrong. My pregnancy test was very strong this morning and the spotting is noticeable in my underwear but definitely don’t need a pad. My husband is so positive and thinks it will be ok. I’m always a worrier though
