Reduced movements after antenatal steroids

Our baby is 33 weeks and we were advised for my wife to have steroids to strengthen the baby's lungs in case he is delivered in the next week. My wife had her first dose 24 hours ago and she has noticed that the baby has not been kicking much today. The baby seems to start moving when she has a CTG scan and the criteria is met.

I've seen various articles that say side effects of the steroids can be reduced movements including this from an NHS article:

"Some reduction in the baby’s movements for about 24 hours"

I was wondering if anyone knows if this is an "official" side effect of antenatal steroids backed up by evidence, because the midwives have told her that it is not a side effect.
