Hi everyone,
Currently 26 weeks pregnant and have awful right rib pain, right underneath my boob, whenever I sit down for more than a few minutes. Standing up and lying down ease it but I'm just wondering if anyone has any tips to help ease the pain?
I'm fit and healthy and midwife said it's very common and not much can be done. It's not linked to preeclampsia etc, just a very painful muscle pain.
