I've never been able to fall pregnant. I had intercourse 12th of this month and no period yet. So anyone think I should get a test because surely would be an amazing miracle! I'm extremely grateful for any feedback 🙏 I've been feeling very headachy, exhausted and unlike me very moody and not much of an appetite xXx

When is your period due?

Ohdearwhatnow4 · 22/08/2023 14:40

I hope you get the answer you so wish for but please don't get your hopes up (bloody hurts when doesn't have happy ending) you could be late for a few reasons and if you are pregnant theirs a higher chance of miscarriage. Get a test to find out one way or another. Good luck

Depends when you ovulated and when your period is due?

Summer2424 · 22/08/2023 16:27

Hi @LUCKYMITCH26
How many dpo are you hun? Xx

mumtotwox · 22/08/2023 16:29

Eeeeek! Do a test 🥰

Pinkstuffs · 22/08/2023 16:32

How late is your period? The dates don’t seem quite right unless you ovulated late, but fingers crossed!

Arthursmom · 22/08/2023 16:35

Do you usually get your period 10 days after you ovulate? How long is your cycle? No harm in testing …

TTCJJB · 22/08/2023 20:26

Have you been tracking your cycle?

Lucy377 · 22/08/2023 20:28

My friend did get pregnant naturally at 45.

donkra · 22/08/2023 20:30

I hope you get the answer you want, but... at your age this is as likely to be perimenopause as pregnancy, and if you do get a positive the risk of miscarriage is high.

Get a test and find out.

Ruthsoph · 22/08/2023 20:57

I am 46 and had my 12 weeks scan today and all looks good and this baby was conceived naturally so you never know
good luck xx

Just test when your period is due . That's how you'll
Find out

BooseysMom · 22/08/2023 21:24

I was nearly 41 when I had my first and only. He was my little miracle. I thought i was in peri and had a couple of strange light periods then nothing so went to the doc and he sent me for a scan and it was DS! I was 3 months pregnant! Wishing you every bit of luck xx

twoandcooplease · 22/08/2023 21:30

It is possible, please will you update us when you've done a test!!

BabyShaark · 22/08/2023 21:37

Period can be late for a number of reasons. Happened to me a couple of times last year (sadly not pregnant). I’m 45 like you.

Just do a test and you have certainty.

Sending good vibes. Pregnancy is sadly unlikely at our age, but but unlikely doesn’t mean impossible. Just look at Cherie Blair for example.

Notquitegrownup2 · 22/08/2023 21:42

I've known 2 people who have had babies at 46.

Hope that you get the news that you are hoping for.
