Am I pregnant (I have a mirena coil)?

Is this test positive? Took picture about 3 minutes after doing test. I panicked and bought more tests but the test I did later no line came up so was definitely negative.

The reason I took a test is because I am feeling unwell, same symptoms I had when I was pregnant with my daughter.
However, I don't really want to be pregnant right now (hence the coil), we are supposed to be getting married in May next year. Is it possible? If it is possible, will the baby be okay with the coil in there?

I have been a week and half late but never pregnant on mine .Wait a week ,take test again first pee in morning.It it says positive then ask your doctor

If you can, try a pink dye test in the next few days. I always find the blue ones to be a little unreliable with results. Hope you're okay, OP. I was told that you're at higher risk of having an ectopic pregnancy with a coil, the doctor told me when I had mine fitted (not trying to scare you, I promise). Have you had any other symptoms? I would retest and speak with your GP quickly if you do get another positive.

Ah okay maybe I should just wait a while and re-test. I did this one in the evening so not really the ideal time.

I am worried about an ectopic pregnancy, I've had some very light bleeding and pain. I thought the bleeding was my period but I'm not sure, there was hardly any blood. But I'm relatively new to the whole IUD thing do not sure if its just messing with my period.

The other thing worrying me is that I checked for the strings last night and can't find them, so I think it's moved out of position, so will definitely want to get that checked by a doctor.

Thanks for the reassurance and advice, I do feel a bit calmer. I will buy the pink dye tests instead and maybe test again in a few days. I will just assume I'm not pregnant for now!

That does look like a positive to me if it came up in the time frame but as you a had a negative too maybe test again in a couple of days with FMU. I would want to know as the coil could jeopardise things x
