How many week’s pregnant am I? IVF confusing me…

Had an embryo transfer on August 14th (day 5 embryo). Today, 5 days later I have a fairly decent positive test (I did tests yesterday which had no line at all, so I know it’s not the HCG trigger shot still in my system).

I know its so so early still but can anyone tell me or explain to me how many weeks I am?

My ‘period’ was induced by medication and started on July 21st and i had medication which stopped me ovulating until August 7th when i did the trigger shot. Does this affect how i work out how many weeks I am?

That due date calculator works well, but if you want to do it manually you basically go back 2 weeks from the date of egg collection (or 2 weeks and 5 days from date of transfer if frozen transfer) and that counts as the first day of your LMP. Then count 40 weeks from there.

Hope all goes well, I'm now 6 weeks 2 days with my IVF pregnancy (transfer on the 26th July). Just to warn you, these first few weeks go sooo slowly!
