Sore boobs on and off?

I’m 5 weeks pg and noticing my boobs which initially were really sore, now only hurt on and off - more random stabbing pain than constant ache, unless I deliberately squeeze them. Has this happened to anyone else? I can’t help panicking at every symptom 🙈

It’s very normal for symptoms to come and go. The first trimester is really stressful, I regularly used to squeeze my boobs to see if they still hurt. Honestly though even if something happened you can still experience symptoms so as hard as it is try not to overthink

The symptoms come and go.

I'm nearly 9 weeks and apart from week 6 where it was more of a constant thing, before and after this week the pain and sensation has always been very much on and off. The intensity changes by the minute too. Everytime it goes off, of course I freak out but it seems to be normal.
