Hey gals I’m 13 weeks and just curious as to when people first felt kicks and first noticed their bumps? I definitely feel more bloated/fatty around my midrif but nothing that resembles a bump. I know it depends on a lot of different things but was just curious as to other people’s experience!

I’ve just had my first twins and started to feel like twinges around 16-18wks then started to feel kicks and more movement around 21wks

@BEO kicks / movement depends on the position of your placenta. I'm heading for 20'weeks and nothing here. They say anytime between 16-24 weeks with people around the 16 mark week usually having had a child before or being relatively slim.

Again bump depends on your bmi to start with. Sometimes they say If you're very slim you'll get a bump sooner than those who are a little or a lot larger

I started feeling very light movement around 15/16 weeks but honestly it could have been anything I just convinced myself it was movement🤣 and it certainly wasn't daily!! Post 20 weeks for any undeniable movement for me... i think it may have even been 22 onwards... bumps wise I have a higher BMI (32) and my bump always feels smaller but who knows, it's only been post 25 weeks that i've felt I 'look pregnant' 🤣❤️

I felt baby around 15+4 but these were like swishes. By 17 weeks I’d been having regular kicks. I’m now 20 weeks and definitely feel like I’ve got a bump. This is my first baby and I’m a 10/12 so relatively slim and active

I started feeling movements around 17-18 weeks, but didn't have a bump till quite late, probably from around 25 weeks or so. I was still in my regular clothes at the 20 week scan.

Mine wasn't under 19 weeks. The movements started while I was in the cinema watching Oppenheimer. I am now 21 years and it's nearly every evening and morning and occasionally when im sitting down.

I won't worry. Everyone kept asking me and then suddenly they started and he doing a great job at keeping going.

This was my bump at just over 25 weeks (second baby). First baby no bump at this stage.

I had an anterior placenta with both and didn’t feel first baby until after my 20 week scan. I can’t remember the exact weeks just know I hadn’t at the scan. I have an anterior placenta with this one too and it was around 18 weeks that I felt kicks that I knew were definitely baby.

I probably developed a noticeable bump around 17 weeks. Thought I was huge at the time and so proud but now that I’m 37 weeks it’s so funny looking back at the picture 😂. Felt first movements as muscle twitches at 18 weeks, I was on holiday so lots of lying down reading, perhaps made it easier to notice. I have an anterior placenta so didn’t expect it so soon!

Thanks guys! I know it will be a few weeks yet but desperate to feel movement and have a bump! I just feel so bloated/fat at the minute like there is no bump there just extra lodge but not sure how as I haven’t gained any weight yet. My BMI isn’t too high (25.5) so will hopefullly start to show shortly 🙈

I felt exactly the same as you and this is my first. I couldn't wait for my bump and for other people to be able to see it as a bump.

I actually lost half a stone during the first 12 weeks as I was so ill and couldn't keep food down so took even longer for weight to be added and a bump.

Only now at 21 weeks can I really say I have a bump and it seems to have popped up so quickly.

Be patience is the worst thing to say to you or hear right now. But I totally understand you.
