24 weeks pregnant and feeling lousy

Hello! Just wondered if anyone has experienced similar. I am 24 weeks pregnant, had a bit of nausea, food aversion and tiredness in first trimester but otherwise have felt fine. This week however I've started to feel really sick, and have been sick after eating since Tuesday. I've got stomach pains and some cramping, but no bleeding and baby seems to be moving fine. I don't want to call the hospital and them to say 'sounds like normal pregnancy' so just wanted to get others opinions first.

Give your midwife a ring. They’d rather you get checked out than worrying. Does your maternity dept have a triage number you can ring this evening?
