Hi guys! New here! I’m due my 3rd baba in December 23. I’m wondering what websites are good for buying baby clothes on budget and are not over priced? Any recommendations would be good! X

I get most of mine on Vinted now, you can get big bundles and mostly the stuff has been hardly worn as babies grow so quick!

PinkPlantCase · 16/08/2023 19:15

Bundles from eBay. Failing that supermarkets but you still get much more for your money with eBay

The Next sales are great value for the quality.

Mummytp45 · 16/08/2023 19:23

I don’t think there are any next sales on now until Boxing Day are they?

Vinted/ebay

Supermarkets for multi packs of vests etc

People will get you nice outfits as gifts I'm sure, but I bought a couple in the jojo mamans baby sale

BertieBotts · 16/08/2023 19:29

Supermarkets are the best for new, or look at Facebook marketplace or NCT nearly new sales.

Diddykong · 16/08/2023 19:30

Facebook marketplace is inundated with free bundles

How about Shein?

I'd also say vinted. Just click on the condition. You can get clothes from dips like jojo maman bebe, joules or boden for the same price you could buy new from primark. To make it even better, if you buy those labels, someone will definitely buy it all from you on vinted when you're done with it. I've been doing it for my daughter and the money I get from selling her old sizes nuts most of the new clothes. It's truly great!

Matalan have a £5 and under section on the website which is good for basics

tweetypi · 16/08/2023 20:45

I recommend buying decent brands on Vinted. The cheap stuff often shrinks (primark I'm looking at you) but good quality high street (Next, John Lewis etc) tends to be a lot better.

There is usually another one at the end of September

JenniferL27 · 17/08/2023 01:01

@Mummytp45 There's a clearance section on their website which is constantly changing. Definitely worth a look.

Sainsburys Tu often have sales instore & the clothes wash very well. The mothercare terry baby grows are brilliant too & wash very well - often have promos on boots online for them. Boots instore have sales often and they also wash well. If you are close to an outlet park it’s worth visiting the Next Gap etc as often you can get some great bits at great prices. Even when child gets bigger great for shoes especially!

I used to go to peacocks for the kids when they were little ones, still go peacocks for myself now but get online rather than in shop. To be fair, some of the stuff can be a bit over priced but you have to bargain hunt!!! it's looking for few wee discount codes to bring it down, the other day i actually got a few baby grows from peacocks but got like 40% off with a voucher, its just about knowing where to look. Maybe i have too much time on my hands though lol , here is the page on the website to save you searching through https://www.lovediscountvouchers.co.uk/peacocks , mind there's probably other shops that might be up your street for baby clothes deals to be honest but for me, peacocks have good quality stuff, done my wee ones for years xxx 💓
