Dry mouth, congested thought and nose

Hi.
I should be around 22w. Last night couldn't really sleep, had really dry mouth, sensation I still have.

I also have congested thought and nose. I'm wondering if this could be a cause or if I should worry about gestational diabetes. I had a urine test that showed glucose, but repeated it after few days and it was fine. as well the blood tests showed glucose to be fine and on the lower side.

Did anyone have these symptoms and what it turned out to be?

Sorry for your anxiety op. I think you'll just have to repeat the tests. Fingers crossed.

Congested throat and nose sounds like a cold type of thing. There’s a lot going around at the moment.
