4 Days late negative pregnancy test positive ovulation test

Hi ladies,

i am four days late with no PMS or Pregnancy symptoms. I have taken several pregnancy tests and all appear negative. I took an ovulation test today at noon and got a bright positive for ovulation. I read about women testing negative but testing positive for ovulation as a sign of early early pregnancy. Any opinions on this?

That ovulation test is negative - the test line is paler than the control line. Ovulation tests are only positive if the test line is as dark or darker than the control line.

Odds are you are about to get your period, just a bit late.

Ovulation test isn’t positive but it’s very common to see a rise on them just before your period so I’d say your period is just a few days late

No, the test line on the ovulation test is clearly less dark than the control. In any case, if the ovulation test was positive because of pregnancy, the pregnancy test would be positive as well.

I think it would show up on a pregnancy test by now if you're 4 days late. Fingers crossed for next month if you're TTC 🤞 x
