Could I be pregnant?

DP and I have been TTC for a few months. I have been tracking my period through natural cycles. I’ve been terrible at remembering to take my BBT. I may have PCOS as my cycles are irregular plus I have excess hair, struggle to lose weight etc. I haven’t yet used ovulation tests, that was something I was planning to do from my
next cycle.

My last period started on 6 July and was 3 days long. According to my app I should have ovulated on around 21st July. My partner and I had sex every day from 20th to 23rd. I then noticed I had EWCM on 27th and 28th so we had sex on 27-29th.

I was expecting my period around the 5th of august (as predicted by my app but is often a few days out) and I took a pregnancy test on the 8th which was negative.

Im currently on holiday in France and all the pharmacies are closed due to it being Sunday and I haven’t been able to get a test in any local shops either. I had light pink when I wiped on Friday the 11th.

is there a chance I could be pregnant? I will buy a test tomorrow but don’t want to get my hopes up… thanks

The only way to know is to do another test. If you ovulated on 29th, 8th might have been too soon.

If your cycles are irregular definitely start using ovulation tests, just in case you are missing your fertile window.

Thank you, will tomorrow be too soon to take a test? I definitely will start using ovulation tests from my next cycle. They were so regular for years and only now that we’ve started ttc they’ve become irregular again

You could do one tomorrow and then every other day unless your period comes
