Maternity clothes in Leeds, Yorkshire

I went into Leeds City Centre yesterday and really struggled to find anywhere that sells maternity clothes (other than seraphine). Does anyone know where I can find maternity clothes in shops? I drive so doesn’t need to be city centre but I don’t want to traipse somewhere if there’s nothing there either. I am also trying to avoid shopping online but may have to resort to it if there’s nothing in shops. Thanks

I know Primark at monks cross, York has a section for maternity clothes and usually h and m will have a small selection too

I went in to Leeds looking for maternity clothes and the only shops I could find were seraphine and a small rail in primark that only had ice cream coloured tracksuit bottoms and t-shirts that were essentially men’s branded as maternity.
I was a bit hormonal at the time and got really upset, I tried all the shops suggested online m&s, H&M, next, new look, John Lewis, river island, I’m sure there were more and every single one said they only stocked online.

in the end I went to Harrogate to Jo Jo maman Bebe and got some bits there along with a few tops and dresses from seraphine. Ended up spending more than I wanted but it’s good quality and I can resell on vinted. There may be more shops in Harrogate stocking maternity clothes as there are more independents but I’d had enough of looking round by then!

H&m (it's in the kids section not the women's), new look did but not sure on in-store location.

Asda living at crown point has a good selection x

Thanks for the replies. Just been to White Rose and the only maternity clothes in the whole mall was a tiny tk maxx style section in H&M. Will try some of the other suggestions on here too

Thanks. Apparently H&M in the city centre don’t have a maternity section anymore according to their staff. Looked in New Look but couldn’t find any maternity clothes. This is harder than I thought!

Have you looked on Vinted? You can search for BNWT if you don't want to buy 'second hand' and it'd likely be a lot cheaper than buying new online so you can buy "better quality" stuff which you can then sell on as pre loved anyway.

I also really struggled to find physical shops to buy maternity wear in and that was 5 years ago in a very popular area with young families (ie: lots of pregnant ladies with money) in SW London. I imagine that post COVID it is harder as I know that some of the shops I bought stuff from have now closed or put their maternity section online. As others have said, H&M have their section in the kids area which feels very strange.

H&m at the springs had a selection when I needed it, this was around 3 years ago mind. I agree its very frustrating. Such a shame mothercare shut down it was great for maternity stuff

I struggled to find maternity clothes in shops. Which was annoying as I wanted to try them on!

JojoMamanBebe has them in stock and has fitting rooms. Think they have branches in York and Harrogate - I'm not sure about Leeds.

M and S (the York Monks Cross one anyway) has nursing/maternity bras in stock but I don't think I've seen any maternity clothes there.

HandM usually has some but often near the kids' clothes rather than in the women's section
