Hi everyone just wondering if anyone has experienced similar or has any advice cos I am at my wits end 🙈

My right hip is causing me absolute agonising pain every night without fail. The pain is on the top of my thigh right in the socket where it joins my hip, it’s almost like an intense cramp.
I can get maybe 2 hrs in bed before it starts then that’s it I’m awake literally every 10 minutes for the rest of the night- think I might lose my mind if I have to sleep in 10 min bursts for the next 5 weeks (elcs at 39 weeks) before being woken up in crippling pain!

Ive had PGP since super early on so I’m used to my pelvis hurting anyway but this is unreal. I’ve tried sleeping on the opposite side, extra pillow etc etc anyone else experienced similar??

I had a lot of pain in my hips in the last couple of months. No position was comfortable and even if it were the pain would restart as soon as I nodded off. I remember using one of those pillows you can hug between your legs/knees which helped a bit. Sometimes I just sat up and slept in a reclining position rather than horizontal position. After baby arrived the pain vanished instantly - if that helps?
