very strong positive 3 days before AF due!

anyone else had a very strong positive 3 days before af is due? i have done 4 tests and all have been very strong. i’m estimated 4 weeks 2 days, 16dpo, i am already getting strong food aversions and nausea, sore boobs, light cramping, headaches and very dizzy for a few seconds when i stand up. my mum is absolutely convinced i am having twins! photo attached is from 13dpo

Yes, my period is not due until tomorrow but I got instant strong positives 3 days ago. Feel dizzy a lot the past couple of days and nauseous at times.
