5 week scan, should I be worried?

I had a very early scan yesterday morning, at 5weeks 1 day as I'd had some chest and arm pain the day before which has since gone 😅 but the scan was to rule out anything bad pertaining to pregnancy.

It was transvaginal, and the lady that did the scan said she could see a very tiny sac, it was far right and wanted to rule out a type of ectopic, I need to go back in a week for another scan and bloods. I've searched and searched for a similar case that ended well, I haven't found anything and I'm so stressed, I'm 36 and have been waiting to get pregnant for so long.. 😔 I hope nothing is wrong, has anyone else ever been told that their baby/sac was "far right" or left and things turned out ok? 🙏🏽

I know that's pretty specific, and unlikely anyone will relate 😅.. if anyone can help me to relax then thank you,

Hi, OP!

Do you have a pic of the scan, by any chance?

All I know is that at 5 weeks it's normal to see only to sac (heartbeat can be picked up at 6 weeks)

Keeping my fingers crossed and bumping this for you!

At 9 weeks my baby was still very far right - all fine now at 13 weeks .
You must have ovulated from the right side x

No sorry😔 they didn't give me any scan, just showed it to the consultants, who have asked me to come back next week (when I'll be 6 weeks)
And have some bloods ..

I'm so stressed, my partner has reassured me that they're just being cautious.

TMI .. my first pregnancy was 15 years ago and very traumatic, she was born early at 24 weeks and passed at the age of 3. Then I spent 10 years in a toxic relationship with someone that didn't want kids but kept lying to me, and pretending we'd try for one, but I only ever had one chemical with him.
That could be making me over worry, I'm not sure 😅 I guess I'll know in 6days..

Tysm for your reply xx
