Ultrasound pic help

Hey so I had my ultrasound and they was talking to each other and said they saw some kind of bruise? I am 10 nearly 11 weeks pregnant and had a tiny bit of bleeding . They said it could just be bruising from the implantation and like some blood blister. I’m so confused . Can anyone see anything on the scan? They didn’t show me where it was bruised . Just want to know if my scan is normal. The baby moved and the woman said SHE?? Can anyone tell yet?

I can’t help with the bruising but it is very common to have bleeding in early pregnancy which shows on a scan. Most of the time it just goes away. Most sonographers will say he or she as it’s nicer than saying it. It’s too early for them to be able to tell the babies sex at this stage.
