16 weeks was probably my worst week! I’m now in week 17 and I thinkkkk things are starting to improve (so far!). It’s horrible when your body is trying its hardest to be sick and there’s nothing left. I hope things improve for you! 🙏

I keep waiting for the symptoms to be over. In my first pregnancy all sickness had gone by 14 weeks, I’m also 16 and puked last night because I went up the stairs too quickly, coughed, and couldn’t keep it down. Honestly feel so rough and tired, smells really trigger me and struggling to sleep now after a first trimester of oversleeping bliss. My sympathy @Jomummy1013 fingers crossed we get better soon.

Thank you @Weefreetiffany @Coinicon
I'm struggling today so bad.
My head is pounding due to the violence of retching and likely also dehydration.
Had to miss a medical appointment (pregnancy related) today as I couldn't even drive my car as the motion sets me off being sick again.
I have some days where it's more tolerable than others.
When it's like this it's pretty unbearable 😢

@Coinicon you've given me hope. Everything online says should have abated by now. Feel so miserable. Never knew that feeling so sick could make me so miserable. With my previous pregnancies I wasn't sick once! Thinking it's maybe my age now. Hating this 😢

Oh glad it's not just me! I was really nauseous 24/7 from about 6 weeks and then at 12.5 weeks it seemed to calm down. I was eating food and enjoying it! Then a week later it's come back even worse and I now can't keep anything down (I'm now 14 wk + 1). The heat this week (and having to work in a hot kitchen) is killing me. And I'm fed up of reading... now you're in your second trimester nausea should have calmed down and you'll be feeling more energised.
I'm miserable and fed up of not being able to function even a little bit 😭
Sorry rant over 😁
I am having to take progesterone until week 16, due to previous miscarriages, so wondering whether that's prolonging the sickness.

@Foreverhopeful81 I'm so sorry to hear you're also in this very sicky boat.
Mine abated for maybe a week at around 11 weeks and I thought that was it but it's come back with a vengeance.
I agree, the heat makes it worse, although I'm lucky I don't have to work in a hot kitchen!
