Feeling so crap with soreness under my tummy at my groin. Midwife aware and I've been physio but I spend a day doing the basics, like at work sitting at my desk, getting up and down to answer phones and walking abit and then I'm in pain by 3ish, all night and the next day. Just so sore. Hurts to move in bed. I end up needing a day home to rest. I just feel crap and so weak. Even moving slow doesn't seem to make much of a difference. I have a support thing but that just squishes me and makes me feel ill. Anyone else in the same boat as me? Feeling so down not being able to move about. Need to know I'm not alone and any tips to help 🥲🥲🥲

I'm entirely with you on this one, I've been having pain since around 14 weeks (I've got long standing joint issues so that doesn't help) and am now 24+6. Currently on holiday and in absolute agony most of the time. I did too much walking the first day (which wasn't even that much around 8000 steps across the whole day just slowly wandering) and the following day every time I stood up it made me catch my breath and a couple of times made me cry. Nothing seems to really help that much either. Got physio the day after I get home and am kind of dreading it as I know crutches are probably in my future but just don't want that! I know it sounds stupid if its going to help but it makes me feel rubbish and useless. Sorry I don't have any advice, just wanted you to know you aren't on your own.

I had it since really early on this time, don’t really remember ever having any pain last time! I’ve ended up with split muscles as well as SPD pain too with weeks to go. I feel like the classic pregnant person this time just moaning about everything but it really is unbearable when you can’t even stand up or walk without it hurting 😞

So sorry you have been in pain. Thank you for sharing!
It seems if its not pain caused as I move under my tummy it's really bad aching hips cause I've been moving in the day 😭😭😭 I hope you manage to get some relief! X xx

This is my 1st pregnancy and as grateful as I am for it and to have a health baby after 5 years ttc it's so not fun. I knew it wouldn't be a breeze but I'm constantly off work lately with pain and that makes me feel worse. Like a let down, lazy and people just thinking I'm weak or milking it ya know?
Thanks so much for sharing. I'm glad I'm not alone but sorry you are in pain x x
