Mild cramping 37 weeks pregnant

Hello!

I'm 37 weeks pregnant tomorrow & my Braxton Hicks are coming on every 30 minutes, and I keep getting mild cramps really low every 20 minutes.

Is this early labour?! Or is my body just getting ready?

I haven't had any show or waters breaking

Thanks xx

only time will tell.
I strongly recommend you try to get to sleep regardless.

Came to say the same - only time will tell. Keep a note if your cramping patterns and try get as much sleep as possible. Good luck x

I'd bet on it not being early labour but just BH, but who knows! Hope you get a good night's sleep

Oh yeah try and get some sleep. Loads of sleep!

Thanks everyone I got a good sleep and cramping has gone so I think was just my body getting ready! So exciting! Xx

I’m glad you got a good night sleep. Hopefully not too much longer to go for you if you are getting braxton hicks. All the best x

I’m 37+2 and been having braxton hicks since around 32 weeks and period like cramps for the past 2 weeks. I’m hoping she stays in there though as have a planned c section for 2 weeks today 😂

@HarrietStyles hopefully not too long! 🤍
@allgoodthings84 oh same, I've been getting braxton hicks from so early on, but last few weeks they are all the time! Along with the mild cramping! Which has stopped now, for you I hope she stays in there lol. For me I hope I go into labour! I feel so heavy and my feet are triple the size and hurt when I walk now! 😂
Not long 🤍 xxx
