Has anyone ever thought they had miscarried but actually not?

Hi all,

So a couple of weeks ago we found out we were pregnant (couple of faint positive cheapie tests and pregnant 1-2 weeks result on clear blue digi)
I then started bleeding at about 5 weeks and I believe I miscarried. Ive done a couple of cheapie tests since then and they've all come up negative. But for some reason I still feel pregnant, and my symptoms are starting to progress like they would if I was 6-7 weeks along, like I should be.

Has anyone ever experienced what they thought was a miscarriage and then turned out to still be pregnant?

I've had 3 healthy babies and 3 confirmed miscarriages (7 weeks, 5 weeks and 13 weeks) and something just doesn't feel right this time. I've ordered another clear blue digi to put my mind at rest but just interested to know if this has happened to anyone else?

Just for anyone wondering what my symptoms are it's all my typical pregnancy symptoms eg. Sickness, extreme tiredness, feeling bloated and itching (weird one I know but it's a common symptom for me😂)

It’s possible it’s a missed miscarriage, if you’ve still got symptoms but pregnancy tests are negative.

Have you sought any medical help? I believe they’ll scan you and that might be useful to make sure your health isn’t being impacted.

I rang the Early Pregnant Assessment unit and they said because I was less than 6 weeks pregnant they wouldn't even scan me. They said to take another test in 3 weeks and if its still positive that they would book me in. They said some bleeding in early pregnancy is normal but for me I know it's not, any time I've experienced bleeding in pregnancy it's always been a miscarriage x
