Lack of symptoms in second pregnancy

This is my second pregnancy - NHS dates currently have me at 10+2 but private scan has me dated at 9+4. With my first baby I was sick without fail every morning up until about 16/17 weeks - with this one I’ve had a lot of nausea and have been sick a few times. Over the past week or so the nausea has really subsided and I’m just starting to worry it’s not a good sign. Just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience?

I’ve had much less nausea in my second pregnancy compared to my first (15 weeks now).

The NHS page on pregnancy sickness lists one of the risk factors as “first pregnancy”… which implies it’s less likely in subsequent pregnancies.

Have you got your 12 week scan soon? Hopefully that will be reassuring.

Ultrasound is 2 weeks today which feels like forever away! We had a private scan at what they said was 8+2 and baby seemed happy so just trying to hold on to that!

In my second pregnancy I honestly wouldn't have known I was pregnant if it wasn't for the positive test and eventual growing bump!
With my first pregnancy with my son I felt sick, I couldn't eat, my boobs hurt etc. With my daughter, the only thing I felt was tiredness but I'm tired whether I'm pregnant or not 😅
