Full term, so tired, sleeping at night isn’t the best which is making me take naps during the day. I usually wake 8am and need a nap again at 12pm for about 2 hours. But I’ve been trying to get into a better routine for when baby arrives, I’m really struggling, right now I’m just so tired and want to lay down. I could be going for a bath or something but I’ve no energy. Should I just take the bloody nap or stay awake until tonight to hopefully better my routine. Also someone please tell me 3rd trimester tiredness is a lot worse than having a newborn tiredness because how I would cope being this tired I don’t know
