Pregnant with my second child. I didn’t lose all the baby weight from my first one, so was a good 1.5 stone overweight when getting pregnant again. And my god do I notice it - I’m not even 8 weeks but I’m massive already.
During my first pregnancy I was really active and ate relatively well. This time I’ve felt so sick I’ve been eating constantly, and not doing any exercise.
Any tips on how to not turn into even more of a whale? Feeling so low 😫
