Buggy when going from 1 to 2 children

Hi - I'm pregnant with 2nd (due in January), and my 1st will be 1.5 by then.
We currently have a iCandy Lime - been absolutely brilliant, but this doesn't convert for 2 children.
What are the most cost effective ideas on how I will manage?

I need to research whether I can get the other iCandy and check whether existing chair / basenet fits - which will save me money on buying the dual seats.

My two were 20 months apart so a similar gap. I had the baby in a sling for ages and then caved and bought a second hand outnabout double that we only use for countryside walks. But usually I would have the baby in a sling at the start, and as my eldest got older she started walking more and we have baby in the pram
