Difficult to tell from these photos but I can't see anything here, sorry.

Initially no, but if I zoom in on your second photo (the lighter one) then maybe a shadow of a line? But I wouldn't like to get your hopes up, as I'm really not sure. Maybe do another one in a few days, I know it's agonising having to wait 48-72 more hours, but I think your get a definitive answer by then.

I have retested and the line is clearer to me not sure if it's picking up on camera thank you for your replys

It is frustrating that the faint lines do not photograph well!!

Yeah definitely is frustrating makes you feel you're going crazy! I'm sure it is darker today. Thank you for your help
